Custom-Made Goods Return Policy
At HM Laser Accessories, all of our products are custom-made with precision and care. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or material defects.
Return Eligibility
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The item(s) received are damaged or exhibit material defects.
- The issue is reported within 30 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. In follow up emails, please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Resolution
Once we have reviewed the claim, HM Laser Accessories reserves the right—at our sole discretion—to:
- Replace the affected component(s) free of charge, or
- A full product refund if the issue can be reasonably resolved by replacing specific components only after the complete order has been returned to HM Laser Accessories for review. Return shipping to be paid by the purchaser in such cases.
We are committed to ensuring that every customer receives a product that meets our quality standards and will work with you to make it right in the event of a defect.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made goods cannot be returned for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order details submitted by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
